  1. Can I change or send back an article?

    As a B2B supplier, all returns have to be communicated before sending and released from us. We do not take back goods without agreement. 

    All products, which are primary packaging products for the food industry, will be properly packed. After unboxing, those products cannot be exchanged.


  2. Where can I return the goods to?

    Please return goods to:

    Note: Reason of return and the contact name of Rumpl staff, that agreed on the return.

  3. „How“ and „when“ do I receive a credit note?

    As soon as we receive your returns, we will proof the goods.

    After the internal proof we will issue a credit note.
